SHIPPING COSTS

DOMESTIC

Destination within Indonesia – shipped via JNE & J&T
All order will be charged shipping cost according to weight.

Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.

All orders will be shipped using JNE Regular, the terms and conditions of their services may be checked at: www.jne.co.id

Once package is sent, we will notify you with receipt number via email.

INTERNATIONAL

We use FedEx INDONESIA for details regarding their term and condition you can check their web: http://www.fedex.com/id

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries to Indonesia  addresses can be expected to arrive 2-5 working days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan deliveries are received in 2 working days, where the order is received between Monday – Friday and prior to midday.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact info@pppear.com

All order with payment after 9:00 WIB will be processed and sent on the same day at 17:00 WIB. Order and payment after 17:00 WIB will be processed and sent on the next working day at 9:00 WIB.

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.

SHIPPING DUE IED FITRI 
Delivering item will close h-2 (23 June) Ied Fitri. And open again 3 days after Ied Fitri.

COD Policy
if you purhased item with COD(Cash on Delivery) option, only can at our office at Jalan Pager Gunung No. 13 . work hour : 13.00 - 17.00 WIB


SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTION

We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise once the goods are received at the designated address based on the report of the shipping company (JNE)

We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.


TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped via JNE (domestic), you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.
